He won't be too obnoxious about it, he'll just find it hard to understand. Especially as they'll have gotten into some rather exotic things by then. He doesn't actually figure it out until after Sephiroth's birthday, which in my universe is in January, so Sephiroth doesn't explicitly say what Cloud's main gift for him is.
