I can't give you three things about Nanaki, simply because I haven't thought that much about him, but yes, his species does exist, and they live in the same area Nankai comes from in-game.
As for Vincent, at the moment he's still 'asleep' in that coffin. Eventually he'll be woken up and since he's classed as an enhanced human Cloud will take him into his own household until he decides who he wants to belong to.
