Seen a few times on my f-list [edit] and figured it's a good way to work out extra background for my characters [end edit].

Name a character and I'll tell you three (or more) facts about them from my personal fanon.

But please name the fic you want that character from, and it might take a while for me to post my answers.

Note, I've altered the date because this is staying open for a while. If I just can't come up with three facts for a character I've been asked for then I'll tell you so.

Rowan now

1) When she introduced her family to Cloud as part of courting him she made of point of including Roseline, the human mother of her half-sister, Bethan (who she considers a full sister) and lover of her parents, Warren and Marian. She told him that if he couldn't accept Roseline as part of her family she'd break the courtship off, and he admired her for that.

2) Rowan loves wearing long full skirts, and does so whenever she feels she can - which means only when she's relaxing, usually at home.

2a) This preference was, like her wistful desire for long hair, inspired by Roseline, who she considers as much her mother as Marian is.

3) When she was 10 Marian and Warren took Rowan to a materia shop and gave her 3500 gil to spend on her first unlevelled materia, promising to teach her how to use them. She chose 3 materia, Earth, Heal and Restore, supplementing the money her parents gave her with 250 gil she'd save from her allowance since they'd done the same thing with Thorne a year earlier when she turned 10. When she mastered her materia her parents offered to buy the new-spawned materia, for the shop prices and she was allowed to spend that money, plus up to 500 gil of her allowance on new unlevelled materia. When Rowan was 16 she used the money from selling some of the materia she'd mastered to set up her household, including buying Scarlet.
