Why not?
Seen a few times on my f-list [edit] and figured it's a good way to work out extra background for my characters [end edit].
Name a character and I'll tell you three (or more) facts about them from my personal fanon.
But please name the fic you want that character from, and it might take a while for me to post my answers.
Note, I've altered the date because this is staying open for a while. If I just can't come up with three facts for a character I've been asked for then I'll tell you so.

Re: Sephiroth in Cetra restoration
Again, Sephiroth didn't fall through legal cracks, he was legally classed as an enhanced human, and Cloud intervened to claim him as his promised consort way in advance of the normal time frame. The brainwashing was the result of paranoia and to make sure Jenova couldn't control him the way she could in canon but Cloud and Sephiroth just don't know about that. Rufus was condemned because there was every reason to believe he would be a threat to them, and the Planet, and because he was at that time incapable of seeing that he would never hold the same power his father used.
Sephiroth must have been 15 or 16, nine years before "Concubine", when the brain washing occurred. So when does he count as an adult?
He only had a guardian for something like 3-6 months until he hit sixteen.
So as an adult, what choices did he have before marriage?
Except for security he ran Cloud's personal household, which meant everything that wasn't connected to the government. Parts of Cloud's household are merged with Aeris' (kitchens and some of the cleaning staff), and there's a housekeeper who ran those parts and also taught Sephiroth what he needed to know about running the household. She also ran Aeris personal household until Zack became her consort, and taught him to take over.
Can Sephiroth decided to spend the day shopping or visiting whenever he wishes or does he need someone's permission?
No more than any head of state's spouse could. He needs to have guards with him whenever he leaves the palace, and his freedom of movement depends on the availability of guards.
Did Cloud's tutor arrange for intensive study of Cetra politics and history and culture and language so that Sephiroth would understand the world that Cloud and Sephiroth would have to function in as adults?
No, language wise the Cetra were willing to adapt to human languages, since part of the spell that held them in stasis taught them those languages when they awoke. Cloud's tutor was very much focused on teaching Cloud to be a fighter, and as a commoner who never aspired to any of the councils he does't have the background to recognise what Cloud needs to know about.
The glimpses of Sephiroth's life in the Cetra Restoration seem very barren. Martial arts in a limited form, and sex again in a limited form.
Sephiroth is content, a lot happier than he was in canon, and he does have other interests, I just haven't shown them yet.
Do you still want me to try and do three things, or are you happy with the answers to your questions?
Re: Sephiroth in Cetra restoration
The Cetra society is interesting in a dsyfunctional kinky way. You did a wonderful job creating it. I wish Cloud and Aeris felt more comfortable ignoring its customs. Cloud is forced by custom to have concubines and a spouse, and he really doesn't want any of these.
Re: Sephiroth in Cetra restoration
Well, no, he doesn't want a spouse, but he can see why he has to have one, especially since Sephiroth can't carry his children, or the other way around, and it's his sense of duty to the Planet that pushes him into taking one. On the other hand he would have bucked custom with the question of having concubines, to spare Sephiroth the pain, if Aeris hadn't decided to make it easier by choosing one for him.
