Sephiroth and Cloud mostly ignore her to be honest. Sephiroth because she's a 'rival' for Cloud's attention, and Cloud because he doen't want to hurt Sephiroth and so he doesn't know her. But Tseng's pretty nice to her (he even teaches her how to use a knife) and she falls in love with Brangwen, Cloud's spouse.
