jessara40k_ljSeen a few times on my f-list [edit] and figured it's a good way to work out extra background for my characters [end edit].

Did he have work within Cloud's household or elsewhere? If he wasn't quite married or a slave could he function independently or was someone acting as a guardian? Sephiroth seems surprizingly naive in Affection, did the brainwashing damage his brain?
What sort of legal rights do Humans have in Cetran society? Does Sephiroth fall through the cracks as being an enemy combatant?
Why is killing someone using a Healer gift forbidden and brainwashing allowed?
